Contributes to finding appropriate solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25ba Develops (or revises) content for the functional description document, system requirements data, interface description document and design verification test procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25ba Conducts technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and evaluates alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and other analyses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25ba Ability to perform systems activities on a project, recommend process and product improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25ba Conducts engineering processes using standard work, including verification and qualification procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25ba Provides assistance to system engineers for the creation of avionics substantiation and compliance data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25ba Performs systems bench testing, problem report investigation\/testing and take action to resolve test discrepancies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Competences:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25ba University Degree or equivalent in electrical or aerospace engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25ba Familiarity with EASA and\/or FAA certification requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25ba Familiarity with environmental qualification DO-160 is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25ba Familiarity with airborne software and hardware development DO-178 and DO-254.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25ba Quick learner with strong analytical and problem solving skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25ba Ability to work as part of a multinational team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25ba 10 years of relevant experience in avionics developments for fixed or rotary wings platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25ba Relevant experience of development and integration of avionics systems, such as electronic displays, navigation, communication and utilities systems, good background in aircraft electrical power systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25ba Experience in aircraft\/equipment certification.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zurich, Zurich, Switzerland\u00a0(On-site) Responsibilities: \u25ba Advise on technical and certification risks based on experience. \u25ba Liase with the suppliers during the development projects. \u25ba Perform laboratory, ground testing. \u25ba Support flight testing.
