{"id":436,"date":"2025-01-15T17:47:41","date_gmt":"2025-01-15T16:47:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mglaerospace.com\/?p=436"},"modified":"2025-03-22T11:23:27","modified_gmt":"2025-03-22T10:23:27","slug":"senior-control-engineer-model-based","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mglaerospace.com\/index.php\/2025\/01\/15\/senior-control-engineer-model-based\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Control Engineer Model Based"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Switzerland-Full time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About the role<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the frame of its product development (Electric Propulsion System and Modular Battery Pack), we are searching for a Senior Control Model Based Engineer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will report to the Software Team Leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Developing model-based software&nbsp;in accordance to requirements&nbsp;to meet DO-178 \/ DO-331 certification objectives,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishing a model-based software architecture that fulfill full&nbsp;model and code coverage,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in simulation and test procedures using MIL, SIL and HIL to verify the functionality, safety, and compliance of the model-based software,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare simulation cases and test result report suitable for requirement validation and verification,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in maintaining company&nbsp;Standards and Processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Your Profile<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s or master&#8217;s degree in System Dynamics and Control, Aircraft, Space,&nbsp;Electrical and Electronics engineering, or related field,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience as a Model Based Engineer in Aviation (5+ years)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in&nbsp;design, simulation, testing, and debugging using Matlab Simulink products,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in MIL, SIL and HIL Testing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to express design with requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent English, French is a plus, but not mandatory&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nice to have:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Knowledge about&nbsp;DO-331, DO-178, ARP-4754 and ARP-4761 standards or guidelines to be able to interpret the safety impact of the software at the system level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with Battery Management System,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with Motor Controller,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with the DO-Qualification kit and related toolboxes of Matlab-Simulink<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What we offer&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An amazing work Location  in the heart of Swiss Alps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A highly dynamic and multicultural environment where you can grow and learn by working on ambitious challenges to shape the future of Electric Aviation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Work Permit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only EU Passport holders can be accepted as candidates.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Switzerland-Full time About the role In the frame of its product development (Electric Propulsion System and Modular Battery Pack), we are searching for a Senior Control Model Based Engineer.
