We are looking for a passionate\u00a0<strong>RF and Antenna Engineer<\/strong>\u00a0to contribute to the design, development, and testing of high-frequency systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Design RF and microwave circuits and components, including filters, mixers, amplifiers, and antennas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct simulations and optimizations using tools such as Altium, HFSS, or CST Studio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform measurements of high-frequency designs using equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analysers, and signal generators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RF systems into larger systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare technical documentation, including design reports, schematics, and measurement results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debug and troubleshoot RF hardware to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3+ years of hands-on experience in RF and high-frequency design and measurement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proficiency in RF design tools CST, or Ansys HFSS, Altium, ADS,&#8230;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzers, signal generators).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of high-frequency PCB design, including layout techniques and EMC\/EMI considerations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with 5G, SATCOM, or other high-frequency communication standards is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Other Skills:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Very good  English skills,  writing and speaking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective communication and teamwork abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and precision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Work Permit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only EU Passport holders can be accepted as candidates.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MGL Aerospace offers you the possibility to work in Switzerland.
