{"id":515,"date":"2026-03-03T22:49:16","date_gmt":"2026-03-03T21:49:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mglaerospace.com\/?p=515"},"modified":"2026-03-03T22:49:17","modified_gmt":"2026-03-03T21:49:17","slug":"fti-technician","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mglaerospace.com\/index.php\/2026\/03\/03\/fti-technician\/","title":{"rendered":"FTI Technician"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full time onsite in hangar, working on the test aircraft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Duration, initially 1 year, but expected to be extended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start date: ASAP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Install and integrate flight test instrumentation systems and sensors into flight test and prototype aircraft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform cabling and wiring tasks to ensure proper functionality and safety of the instrumentation systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshoot and maintain avionics and instrumentation systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaboration with engineering teams to ensure accurate data acquisition and system performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documentation of installation processes and maintenance of detailed records of the work performed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring compliance with EASA regulations and company standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>EASA Part 66 \u2013 B2 license (preferred) or proof of work in a similar role ideally on a test air vehicle development environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in the installation and integration of flight test instrumentation systems and sensors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in cabling and wiring for flight test\/prototype aircraft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-depth understanding of avionics and instrumentation systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive\/creative in problem-solving and attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Very good written and spoken English skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities: Qualifications:<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[12],"tags":[23,15,24],"class_list":["post-515","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-open","tag-germany","tag-immediate-availability","tag-munich"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
